Empowering Haitian Communities in Arizona: Our Mission

Understanding Our Mission

The Haitian American Center for Social Economic Development (HACSED) is driven by a singular mission: to empower and support Haitian families and immigrants residing in Arizona. Our focus spans education, workforce development, social services, community outreach, cultural preservation, and creating economic opportunities tailored to the unique challenges faced by our community.

Education as a Catalyst for Change

Education stands at the core of our initiatives. By providing accessible educational resources and support, we aim to equip individuals with the skills needed for personal and professional growth. We believe that informed families are empowered families, capable of positively impacting their own lives and the community at large.

Economic Development Through Workforce Initiatives

Workforce development is another essential component of our mission. Through various programs, we seek to enhance employability and create pathways for sustainable employment within the community. By focusing on unique needs and potentials, we facilitate economic empowerment and uplift Haitian families in Arizona.
