Our Story
Haitian American Center for Social Economic Development Arizona
Founded by Jean Rodney Montreuil in 2023, they formalized their efforts by founding HACSED in Arizona — a center dedicated to empowering Haitian immigrants, refugees, and other underserved groups to find stability, opportunity, and hope.
Today, HACSED reflects Jean Rodney unwavering belief that when a community stands together, no one is left behind. Their story is a reminder that big change starts with small, compassionate actions — and that everyone deserves a chance to thrive.
